Part 2: Buxom Beauties and Bosom Friends

It was on one of her nighttime adventures that Princess Priscilla saw Bess the Barmaid being dragged into an alley by some men. She ran after them, and when they attacked her with swords, she rapidly defeated them all and drove them off.

Priscilla and BessPriscilla and Bess became fast friends, and Priscilla taught Bess how to fight. She would also sometimes sneak Bess into the castle and dress her as a Lady in Waiting, much to the amusement of old Dobson and the confusion of her parents, who didn't know where the new “Lady” could have come from.

It was all fun and games until one day the King and Queen announced the arrival of the Duke and Duchess of Dorcalonia and their son, Dumphrey. It seems that they had promised to marry Princess Priscilla to Dumphrey of Dorcalonia in order to secure an alliance.

Not only did Priscilla have no intention of marrying someone named Dumphrey, but she happened to know that Dumphrey was a doofus. In despair, she ran off to see Bess at the tavern, where the pretty barmaid was flirting with a handsome—but dangerous-looking—sea captain called Craigmore. He suggested that Priscilla and Bess sneak back to the castle, pack up all Priscilla's gold and jewels and some clothes, and then sail off with him on his ship, the Wyndwych, to parts unknown. Thinking this the best adventure of all time, the girls agreed.

Little did they know that Captain Craigmore was in reality a notorious PIRATE who was only after their booty . . .
