Part 5: The Island of Buccaneer Beauties
Bodicea Bay was a beautiful, curving natural harbor, with a rocky promontory on one side. A gun emplacement on the promontory guarded the entrance against unwanted visitors. As the Princess' ships approached, the helmsman asked for her to give the recognition signal so they wouldn't get blown out of the water.
In another of her moments of inspiration, Priscilla ordered her best ball gown flown from the topmast. This confused the lookouts at the gun emplacement, and they let her ships pass.
Docking at the main pier, they were met by the Harbor Mistress and a group of Buccaneer Beauties, all armed to the teeth. When they heard how Priscilla had defeated the notorious Craigmore and stolen his ship, they cheered and welcomed her to the island as one of their own.
